At Blonde South Hair Extensions, we take pride in providing professional-grade hair for licensed stylists. Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

Exchanges-

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery if the following conditions are met:

• The hair has not been opened, installed, or altered

• The original ties and packaging remain fully intact

• The bundle has not been removed from its original binding

• The hair has not been washed, toned, colored, or chemically processed

Hair extensions that have been opened, untied, or installed cannot be exchanged or returned for sanitary reasons.

Color Matching-

We strongly recommend that stylists compare the color before opening the bundle ties. 

For the most accurate match, we recommend matching directly from our Blonde South Hair Extensions color ring, as screen displays and lighting can affect how colors appear online.

If the color is not suitable, please contact us before removing the bundle ties so we can assist with an exchange.

Once the bundle ties are removed, the hair is considered accepted and cannot be returned.

Professional Responsibility-

Blonde South Hair Extensions are intended for professional use only. We cannot guarantee results once the hair has been:

• Installed

• Cut or customized

• Colored, toned, or chemically altered

• Improperly maintained

Because installation methods and aftercare vary between stylists, we are not responsible for issues that occur after installation.

Defective Product Claims-

If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos and order details may be required for review. Hair must remain uninstalled while the claim is evaluated.

Shipping-

Professional orders typically ship within 3-6 business days, depending on inventory availability.

Hair Care & Shedding Information-

Blonde South Hair Extensions are made from 100% human hair and require proper professional care to maintain their quality and longevity.

We recommend using professional, sulfate-free products, minimizing excessive heat, and brushing gently with an extension-safe brush starting from the ends and working upward. Braiding the hair or using a silk pillowcase while sleeping can also help reduce tangling.

Some minimal shedding is normal with all human hair extensions. Excessive shedding is most often caused by cutting the weft, improper installation, or excessive tension during brushing or styling.

Because installation methods and maintenance practices vary between stylists, Blonde South Hair Extensions cannot guarantee the condition of the hair once it has been installed, cut, colored, toned, or otherwise altered.

Improper care, excessive heat, or chemical processing may shorten the lifespan of the hair and will void eligibility for exchanges or defect claims.

PRO TIP-

For best results, we recommend pre-washing extensions prior to installation. This removes any coating from processing and allows the hair to fully expand, enhancing natural movement and blend with your client’s texture
